I spent day and night thinking of you.
I wish I could live without you.
It's hard to stop breathing, you know?
But I tried even harder though.
I was ready to die, but a second without you
Is hard and it's harder to leave you.
So just like another day
I spent day n night thinking of you

मन की मन से मन में  ऐसा नशा लिए फिरती हो आँखों में, शमा, नाचती दिखती है उनमे। उन आँखों के अंतहीन सीढ़ियों की गलयारों में, गूंजती आजाद मन की राग। तेरी हसी अधरों की करवट यूं मुस्कान बन, मेरी, ह्रदय लय बनती है। मोती सम श्वेत दांत देख,  क्षणिक  थमती है। तेरे मन की हंसी है , जो की शाश्वत ही उन्मुक्त है, मनो-प्रिए ! मैं उन यादों को लिए, चकोर सम ताक रहा, एक दीदार के लिए। ढूंढ़ता तेरी ही शीतल छाव। तेरे केश मखमली, मानो तूफ़ान लिए लहराती है । मेरा मन बहुत डरता है, नाग सम वें डसले मुझे, लगता रहता है। एक क्षणिक स्पर्श लेने, खोने उनमे, उंगलियाँ दौड़ती। कह दो मुझे, बन केशमार्जारी, उन मेखला केशो में, हीरे-मोती कर जरी, प्रिये, व्यक्त करू मेरा ह्रदय। पता नहीं उस बिंदी का क्या हुनर होगा ? बेदाग चेहरे पे तूने पोता। मेरी नज़र नहीं हटती , उसे हटना ही होगा। मन करता है कि मैं कुमकुम से स्पर्श करूँ, काली बिंदी लाल करूँ। प्रिये तुझपे रंग भरु? दोष रहित ये आकृति तेरी अप्सरा सी काया । मेरा ये मन चित्रफलक सा, इन अनाड़ी हाथों ...
